U.S. and Canada Ship Free
Shipping & handling is FREE for U.S. and CANADA orders. We use USPS first class mail for U.S. orders, which ships between 3-5 working days depending on location. We use USPS first class international mail For Canada orders, which ships between 2-3 weeks. Note that Canada orders take a lot longer to ship because of the customs department at the border of the U.S. We apologize in advance for this delay.
Delivery Confirmation/Tracking
Each order is given a delivery confirmation, and can be checked in your account after your purchase. All orders are tracked by the USPS. You will know when your order has been processed, shipped, and delivered.
Please be aware that you are
responsible for providing an address that the USPS can deliver to. If the Item is
returned as "undeliverable" you are responsible for any additional
shipping charges to resend the package to a different "deliverable"
address.
Some items in the radisrad store may be back-ordered and can take a little longer to ship. If this is the case for an order, Radisrad will contact you about the delay. You will be given an option to refund your order, replace the product, or just wait for the order to ship.
International Shipping
Shipping & handling for ALL international orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping cost may vary by destination. All costs are based on weight of package ordered.
