How do I contact RADisRAD about an order?

Does RADisRAD ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries.
How do RADisRAD shirts shrink?
RADisRAD shirts are 100% cotton, hence they are bound to shrink a little (both width and height). However, you can avoid shrinkage by washing in cold water, and hang drying. If you want to shrink your RADisRAD shirt, we suggest washing in hot water, and drying in high heat.
How do I Return or Exchange my Order?

Include instructions of what you want and what you'd like mailed back along
with your name and order#. we recommend using first class mail via US postal service to
save money. Also note that the shirts
must be in the same condition as it was sent.
What measurements are RADisRAD shirts?
We use a standard streetwear style of shirt. So the measurements are NOT fitted.
Body width of Mens Shirts: S=18", M=20", L=22", XL=24"
Body width of Ladies Shirts: S=14", M=15", L=16" ---- length: S=25", M="26", L=27"
How often does RADisRAD release new designs?
RADisRAD usually comes out every season (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter). Sometimes, there will be special releases.
How do I check my order status?
Go to shop.radisrad.com, click on my account, and login. From there you can review orders, change quantities, cancel orders, etc. RADisRAD ships via USPS, and sends you an email once the package has been packaged/shipped.
What kind of packaging does RADisRAD use?
Every shirt is folded then wrapped in a plastic poly bag. Then we place them in a USPS priority mail box.
