U.S. and CANADA
shipping & handling is on average $6, depending on the weight of merchandise purchased. We use first class mail, which ships between 3 to 10 working days for delivery depending on the
destination. Note that Canada orders take a lot longer to ship because of the customs department at the border of the U.S. We apologize in advance for this delay.
Please be aware that you are
responsible for providing an address that the USPS can deliver to. If the Item is
returned as "undeliverable" you are responsible for any additional
shipping charges to resend the package to a different "deliverable"
address.
Some items in the radisrad store may be back-ordered and can take a little longer to ship. If this is the case for an order, Radisrad will contact you about the delay. You will be given an option to refund your order, replace the product, or just wait for the order to ship.
