Exact exchanges will be made on damaged or defective products only.
Claims must be made within five (5) working days of receipt.

-delivery confirmation is recommended for insuring return (If our returns department does not receive your return, we will not be able to refund your order.)
Credits on returns will be issued on the price of the merchandise and any sales tax, if applicable. Exchanges will be treated as a return and shipping will be charged to ship any requested items.
Items that are returned to us as non-deliverable by USPS (US domestic orders only) or returned after 3 delivery attempts, will be treated as a return. Shipping will be charged again upon the request of an order reshipment.
All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in.
